We are a family of Jesus-followers, reaching across Herne Bay and further,

encouraging each other to grow, and inviting others to join the adventure.

Our Story

We are an evangelical Christian church, part of the Relational Mission family.

We began in 1995 and have grown steadily over the years, getting involved in our local community and partnering in church planting further afield, and needing new Sunday venues along the way. We currently meet at Vibe on the seafront (see our "Join Us On Sundays" page for more details).

We are also members of the Evangelical Alliance, and have a strong relationship with other churches across the town.

Meet some of our Leaders

Steve and Jennie Dunn

Steve oversees the eldership team, and is employed full-time by the church.

Jennie helps oversee our small group leaders as well as some of the operational side of our Sunday mornings.

David and Margaret Horrell

David is an elder in the church. Together with his wife Margaret they are involved in prayer ministry and social care situations across the church family.

Bob and Andrea Benson

Bob is an elder in the church. Andrea also helps lead some of our prayer gatherings and other initiatives.

John and Jo Way

John and Jo lead our Pastoral Care Team, while John also manages our CAP Debt Centre.

Mel Richardson

Mel is on our Staff Team as our Children's Worker, investing in the care and discipleship of our wonderful 0s-11s.

Vanessa and Pete Szczerbicki

Vanessa is on our Staff Team, overseeing our Youth and Twenties, and is also our Safeguarding Coordinator.

Pete oversees the musicians in the church, and is involved in senior leadership discussions.
